The origin of the word alembic is Egyptian, and the alembic is a device that is used to distill, which means that is used to transform the must coming from fermentation into alcohol, through heating and condensation. At Henrique Vieira & Filhos we work by hand, in copper, and we guarantee the quality and durability of our materials. Our complete and compact copper alembics, allow producing a wide range of spirits drinks: from bagasse, brandy, spirits, brandy, cognac, strawberry tree, to essential oils and floral waters. For professional or domestic use, our alembics allow the production of quality products and according to the user’s “recipe”. The alembics we manufacture range from 1L to 350 L.
